  • Government Per Diem Rate: $127/night
    Standard & Student Rate: $159/night

    Please note that student rooms can fit up to 4 people.

  • All rooms are subject to 9% sales tax, 3.3% hotel occupancy tax and the TPA is $5 per night.

  • All bookings must be made by April 13, 2026. After this date, the hotel can no guarantee the group rate as it will be subject to hotel availability.

  • Check-in time: 4:00pm
    Check-out time: 11:00am
    If you need early check-in or late check-out, this is subject to the hotels availability and should be requested at the time of booking.

    Parking is available onsite at the hotel. Overnight self-parking is $25/night and event parking is $10 for single day use.
