Accommodation Cancellations and Changes

Please direct any accommodation changes or cancellations to the hotel directly. Cancellation policies are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy and terms and conditions. Please read these carefully before making a booking.

DOUBLETREE BY HILTON SPOKANE CITY CENTER

  • All bookings must be made by April 13, 2026. After this date, the hotel cannot guarantee the group rate as this is subject to the hotel’s availability.

  • Check-in time: 4:00pm
    Check-out time: 11:00am
    If you need early check-in or late check-out, this is subject to the hotels availability and should be requested at the time of booking.

    Parking is available onsite at the hotel. Overnight self-parking is US $28/night and event parking is US $15 for single-day use.

    The hotel is undergoing a renovation, with the full renovation expected to be completed by July 2026. All construction will take place between the hours of 9am and 5pm, so noise will be limited and shouldn’t impact your stay.
