ORAL & POSTER PRESENTER GUIDELINES
ORAL & SPECIAL SESSION PRESENTATIONS
PREPARING YOUR PRESENTATION
As a helpful guide, we recommend that your presentation should comprise of one slide per minute. Please note that your Q&A time will be reduced if your presentation fills your entire allocated time slot. We request presenters please be mindful of their time. The program is very tight, and in fairness to all presenters, we will be asking session chairs to ensure that their speakers strictly adhere to time limits.
You will be able to view presenters mode on the provided laptop while presenting. A podium, microphone, slide advancer/laser pointer and laptop will be provided and on-hand in each session room. You will not be able to upload your talk directly to the laptop in the room.
UPLOADING YOUR PRESENTATION
To ensure everything runs smoothly onsite, please take a moment to upload your presentation prior to arriving onsite.
Key Details:
Deadline: Please upload your presentation by Wednesday, May 13 at 11:59 PM (PST).
Submission Process: You are asked to complete a Google Form with key details about your session. Click here to access.
File Upload: Presentations should be uploaded via WeTransfer (no account required β itβs quick and free to use). Link will be provided in the Google form. If you have a Google account, you can upload your file directly within the form.
Important: The form only allows one submission, so please ensure your final presentation file is ready before uploading.
Onsite: An ASN Staff member will be on-hand at the Spokane Convention Center to help with last minute presentation uploads, but to prevent long waits, please do your best to upload your presentation ahead of time.
Taking a few minutes to complete this process ahead of time will help us deliver a seamless experience for both you and your audience.
