Dr. Audrey Thellman is a new faculty member of the Ecology, Evolution, and Marine Biology department at the University of California, Santa Barbara. She is interested in understanding how climate change and other human stressors impact freshwater ecosystems. Specifically, she uses sensors and satellites to study how the timing and magnitude of primary productivity is influenced by the changing climate - from changing ice and snow conditions to droughts.
