David is an Associate Professor with Oregon State University and is stationed at the Eastern Oregon Agricultural Research Center in Union, Oregon. David’s research interest focuses on macroinvertebrates. He is interested in examining macroinvertebrates to understand the effects of stream and riparian restoration, water abstraction, and climate change on stream ecosystems. He feels very lucky that he gets to work and play in the wonderful Blue Mountains of eastern Oregon. When not working, he likes to fish, hike and bicycle in the area.
