Lightning Talks: Stream Ecology for Your Watershed
The committee invites you to submit a short abstract (up to 150 words) to be considered for inclusion in our Lightning Talks session. Each presenter will have three minutes to deliver a concise and engaging presentation showcasing their applied stream ecology research.
This session, themed “Stream Ecology for Your Watershed,” will be open to both SFS attendees and the general public, providing an opportunity to share your work beyond the scientific community. Presenters are encouraged to communicate their research in an accessible and compelling way that highlights its real-world relevance and impact on local watersheds.
Whether you’re exploring new methods, community-based projects, or innovative ecological insights, we invite you to inspire and inform through this fast-paced and dynamic session.
